Sexual Abuse
whoever employs, uses, forces, persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any person to engage in or assist in any other person to engage in fondling, stroking , caressing, exhibitionism, or any obscene or sexually explicit conduct or simulation of such conduct either independently or in conjunction with other act.
Child sexual abuse
with or without consent where age of person is less than 18 years is said to commit the offence of child sexual abuse. Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for term shall not be less than 14 years and may extend up to twenty five years and with fine shall not be less than 1 million rupees.
Theft
Case 1: Theft in dwelling house
Whoever commits theft in any building, tent or vessel used for human dwelling or use for the custody of property shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for term which may extend to 7 years and shall also be liable to fine.
Case 2: Theft by clerk or servant from the master
Whoever being a clerk or servant commits theft in respect of any property of master shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for term which may extend to 7 years and shall be also liable to fine.
Rape & Women Torture
Rape
Whoever commits rape shall be punished with death or imprisonment or either description for term which shall not be less than 10 years or more than 25 years and shall also be liable to fine.
Women torture
Whoever forces in any manner whatsoever compels a women or torture her to enter into marriage shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term, which may extend to 7 years or for a term which shall not be less than 3 years and shall also be liable to fine for 5 lakcs.
